WhatsApp is not the appropriate channel for submitting data protection requests. If you contact us about a data protection matter via WhatsApp, we may direct you to the documented channels above so we can verify your request and process it securely and efficiently.
3. Automated processing and AI
We use AI to support operational functions (including fraud signal analysis and platform integrity checks) and user-facing assistive features available on paid plans (including dashboard insights and search assistance). These features do not make decisions about you that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects.
You may request human review of any automated processing or profiling that affects you, and request information about how such processing operates. We have completed a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) assessing risks to individuals’ rights and freedoms. A summary is available in our Compliance Pack.
