If you have a complaint about iam-vetted, our service, or how we handle your personal data, we want to hear about it.
How to raise a complaint
To raise a complaint, email us at complaints@iam-vetted.com. Please include your name, your account email, and a clear description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and aim to resolve it promptly.
WhatsApp is not the appropriate channel for submitting formal complaints. If you contact us about a complaint via WhatsApp, we may direct you to the documented channels above so we can verify, log, and handle the matter appropriately.
Escalating to the ICO
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
